I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Since 2019, I have partnered with C-level executives and senior leaders to help them thrive in demanding roles without losing their sense of balance.

Prior to my practice, I had 15 years of experience in strategic analysis and internal consulting in financial services in France and Spain.I understand business dynamics, including the "big picture" and underlying complexity.

Having grown up in Asia, I have over 20 years of experience living and working in multicultural environments. This experience has given me a practical understanding of how to navigate change.My clients are located in the US, the UK, Western Europe, China, and Mexico. Many of them have multicultural backgrounds in their professional and personal lives.
